Because we have had to innovate to survive in Australia’s tough manufacturing environment, the philosophy of continuous improvement – Kaizen – has become ingrained in our culture. From the way we design, to the way we build, through to the way we do business. We know there is always a better way of doing something, resulting in a product that performs better, is simple and easy to use, less expensive to own or more durable to wear and tear.
Bolwell’s survival has depended on the quality of the products we manufacture and our ability to take care of the people building those products. These two simple things combine to give us the powerful ability to look after and support every single customer we have.
It’s taken us 50 years. And now we’re finally here.
